By opening chatmatch.vip or using any part of ChatMatch (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
We may update these terms as the product changes. When we make a significant change we will update the date at the top of this page. Using the Service after that date means you accept the new version.
You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live and, in any case, at least 18 years old. ChatMatch is not intended for anyone younger, and we remove accounts we believe belong to minors.
You can start as a guest. If you create an account or log in, you are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for what happens under your account.
ChatMatch pairs two people who are online at the same time for a live video, audio or text conversation. Matching is random. We do not guarantee that a match will be available at every moment, that you will like a match, or that the Service will be uninterrupted.
Starting is free. New visitors receive free matches to try the Service, and the remaining number is shown on the start button. Longer or premium sessions may use coins, with the rate shown before you spend.
You agree not to use ChatMatch to harass, threaten, bully or discriminate against anyone; to share sexual content involving minors or any content that exploits them; to share another person's private information or images without consent; to record, capture or distribute another person's call without their consent; to send spam, scams, malware or links intended to defraud; to ask for money, codes or credentials; to impersonate others; or to break any law.
You agree not to attempt to interfere with the Service, to scrape it, to bypass limits on free matches, or to access it by automated means.
Conversations are between you and another person. We do not control what other users say or do, and we cannot guarantee their behavior. Use skip, report and block whenever you need to. Safety tools are not tied to coins.
When you report someone, we review the report against these terms and may restrict or remove accounts. We may also act on our own initiative to protect users and the Service.
Coins are a virtual item used for longer or premium sessions. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred to other users, and are not redeemable for money except where the law requires otherwise.
Prices and conversion rates are displayed before you pay. Payments are handled by third-party providers, and their terms apply to the transaction. If a purchase went wrong, contact us through the address on the contact page and include the details; we will review it in good faith.
You keep ownership of what you say and show. By using the Service you grant us a limited license to transmit and display your content for the purpose of running the conversation. We do not claim ownership of it.
The ChatMatch name, logo, design and software belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.
We may suspend or end access if you break these terms, put others at risk, or use the Service in a way that harms it. You may stop using ChatMatch at any time. Provisions that by their nature should continue, such as ownership, disclaimers and limits of liability, will survive termination.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties of any kind and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the conduct of other users. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
