The Free ×N badge on the start button shows how many free matches you have left today. It goes down as you use them. When they run out you can come back for more, or use coins for longer or premium sessions. The rate is shown before you spend. The model behind a free video chat with optional coins is simple: free first, coins later, rates shown up front.

• Where do I see my coins? On the wallet page, reachable from the app menu once you are in.
• Can I get a refund? If a purchase went wrong, write to us with the details and we will look into it.
• Will I be charged without warning? No. Paid actions come with a clear prompt first.

If your picture is black or your voice does not carry, start with permissions and other apps that might hold the camera. Fixes for a black picture or a silent microphone are listed under free cam chat troubleshooting.

• Browser says blocked: click the lock next to the address and allow Camera and Microphone, then reload.
• In-app browsers: open ChatMatch in Chrome (Android) or Safari (iPhone) instead.
• Echo or feedback: use headphones.

You can start as a guest. An account is optional and helps if you want to keep coins and history across devices. For details on what is stored, read the privacy policy. To close an account or delete data, write to the team through ChatMatch support and say what you would like removed.

Skip, report and block are on the call screen. Reports are free, and you do not have to explain. The habits and rules that keep a safe random video chat comfortable are written down.

Matching is random: when you tap start you join a queue and are paired with the next available person. You cannot pick who you meet, and there are no filters. Waits are shortest in the evening and at weekends, and longer when few people are online. The idea is the same as in random video chat: the shortest path between wanting to talk and talking.

• Nobody appears: wait a few more seconds, then skip or restart. Try again at a busier time.
• The call drops: check your connection, then start a new match.
• The other person has no picture: that can be their camera. Skip to the next match.

1. Reload the page.
2. Allow camera and microphone in the browser prompt.
3. Close other apps that use the camera.
4. Open ChatMatch in Chrome or Safari if you opened the link inside another app.
5. Move closer to Wi-Fi or switch networks.
